Refund policy

Our promise

We want you to love your MotDaught bodysuit. If it isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders, see Holiday returns below), as long as it meets the hygiene conditions below.

Why we have a hygiene policy

Bodysuits are worn close to the skin. For everyone's health and safety, we can't resell a piece once it has been worn or washed, so every MotDaught bodysuit reaches you clean and new.

What can be returned or exchanged

A bodysuit can be returned or exchanged when all of these are true:

  • It is unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags are attached and the hygiene sticker is intact.
  • It has no makeup, deodorant, perfume or other marks.
  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders).

To check your fit, try the bodysuit on over clean underwear. Keep the tags on and leave the hygiene sticker in place.

Holiday returns

Orders placed from November 15 to December 24, 2026 can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Everything else on this page still applies.

What cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons we can't accept bodysuits that have been worn, washed or altered, or that have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed or damaged. Items marked final sale at checkout and gift cards are also not returnable.

Damaged or defective items

If your bodysuit arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders) with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for ordinary size or fit returns. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

How to start a return

  1. Email askus@motdaughtstyle.com within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders) with your order number and indicate whether you want a refund or an exchange.
  2. We reply within 5 business days with return instructions and our return address.
  3. Pack the bodysuit with its tags attached and the hygiene sticker intact, and send it back as we instruct.
  4. We check it when it arrives and provide follow-up.

Returns & Exchanges

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it. Exchanges are for another size or colour, depending on stock. If your size is sold out, we will refund you instead. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
