Our promise
We want you to love your MotDaught bodysuit. If it isn't right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders), as long as it meets the hygiene conditions below.
Why we have a hygiene policy
Bodysuits are worn close to the skin. For everyone's health and safety, we can't resell a piece once it has been worn or washed, so every MotDaught bodysuit reaches you clean and new.
What can be returned or exchanged
A bodysuit can be returned or exchanged when all of these are true:
- It is unworn and unwashed.
- All original tags are attached and the hygiene sticker is intact.
- It has no makeup, deodorant, perfume or other marks.
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders).
To check your fit, try the bodysuit on over clean underwear. Keep the tags on and leave the hygiene sticker in place.
Holiday returns
Orders placed from November 15 to December 24, 2026 can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Everything else on this page still applies.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene reasons we can't accept bodysuits that have been worn, washed or altered, or that have had their tags or hygiene sticker removed or damaged. Items marked final sale at checkout and gift cards are also not returnable.
Damaged or defective items
If your bodysuit has a defect, email us within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders) with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
- Email askus@motdaughtstyle.com within 14 days of delivery (30 days for holiday orders) with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We reply within 5 business days with return instructions and our return address.
- Pack the bodysuit with its tags attached and ship it back with tracking.
- We check it when it arrives and provide follow-up.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to show it. Exchanges are for another size or colour, depending on stock. If your size is sold out, we will refund you instead. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective.
Return shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping on all returns and exchanges. Our reply to your email will explain how to send the bodysuit back, so please follow those instructions to keep your return tracked.
